Policies

Previous tattoo policy:

Please send a clear picture of your existing tattoo without any makeup on for approval first. The existing tattoo must be over 50% faded in order to work over or have corrected.
Just imagine painting on a blank white wall versus painting on a blue, red or grey wall…more layers of paint will be required to cover the existing colour.

Cosmetic tattooing over other artist’s work is often more problematic than working on a blank canvas. For that reason we DO NOT touch-up another artist’s work for touch-up pricing.

Extra fees will apply if colour correction is needed.

If you have a previous tattoo, before booking an appointment you MUST email us a picture of your previous work and a picture of your “goal” permanent makeup to make sure we can achieve your desired result. As cosmetic tattooing is a semi permanent treatment, we want to be sure you are getting something that will enhance your beauty, fit your lifestyle and be something that you will be happy with in the long term.

Deposits:

All treatments and trainings require a non-refundable 20% booking fee. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. This is non-transferable to another Artist, treatment or redeemable for products.

Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost. 

Rescheduling:

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited.

If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled. Deposits cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferable.

No shows:

If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.

Arriving late:

We understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you arrive more than 30 mins late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please CALL us in advance.

Touchups:

Touch ups are not included and will be a separate fee that ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked.

Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client.

We recommend a 4-12 weeks touchup after your initial session, then once annually or two years following that.

Specific results or colour requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark skin types, cool-toned lips, problematic skin, or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.

All services provided are non-refundable.

If I feel that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, we have the right to refuse to work on you as the client. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.

If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled.

Training Policy:

All training courses require a full payment at least three days prior to the first training day.

All Training and Model fees are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable under any exception.
